Job Description

Dean and Deluca is looking for a highly motivated and experienced barista to lead our team and oversee quality at our NY Times location.

The job requires the following skills:

• Show a passion for coffee and willingness to learn more! We offer training through our coffee partners at Toby’s Estate
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work with a range of staff from long term, experienced baristas to brand new baristas
• Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communicator
• Punctual, and tidy, with strong organizational skills
• Maintain coffee inventory
• Ability to show an excellent work ethic and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Must be willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Latte art skills are required

Must be at least 18 years old.
