Summary: Ensure wholesale customer success, growth and longevity via thorough onboarding, active promotion of best practices and industry expertise and thoughtful use of support resources.

Role and Responsibilities:
Onboard new accounts, ensuring positive exposure to brand and smooth execution of equipment purchase, installation, training, and launch of product
Manage daily functions of customer relationship, ensure customer needs are being met
Utilize resources (retail expertise, service support, training support, accounting support, production support) to optimize customer performance
Conduct site visits regularly
Observe product quality and selection and make thoughtful recommendations for improvement. Pitch in as necessary to achieve great results

Compensation:
Salary plus bonus based on performance
2 weeks PTO annually
