Job Description: Account Manager

Summary: Ensure wholesale customer success, growth and longevity via thorough onboarding, active promotion of Irving Farm standards and industry expertise and thoughtful use of support resources.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Onboard new accounts, ensuring positive exposure to brand and smooth execution of installation, training, and launch of product
-Manage daily functions of customer relationship, ensure customer needs are being met
-Utilize resources (sales support, retail expertise, service support, training support, accounting support, production support) to optimize customer performance
-Conduct site visits regularly
-Observe product quality and selection and make thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
-Pitch in as necessary to achieve great results
-Assist Head of account management in project-based work across the organization

-Wholesale customer success through high product quality, minimal waste and fast throughput
-Well-managed customers and long lasting partnerships

Qualifications:

-Outstanding customer service skills
-Proficient knowledge in preparing filter and espresso coffee beverages in a specialty coffee environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication, both with customers and co-workers
-Ability to work with others
-Detail oriented

Compensation:

$62K annual salary paid weekly
2 weeks PTO annually
