Job Description: Account Manager

Summary: Ensure wholesale customer success, growth and longevity via thorough onboarding, active promotion of Irving Farm standards and industry expertise and thoughtful use of support resources.

Role and Responsibilities:
Onboard new accounts, ensuring positive exposure to brand and smooth execution of installation, training, and launch of product
Manage daily functions of customer relationship, ensure customer needs are being met
Conduct site visits regularly
Conduct onsite and lab coffee training, including our Barista Basics coursebook
Utilize resources (sales support, retail expertise, service support, training support, accounting support, production support) to optimize customer performance
Conduct site visits regularly
Observe product quality and selection and make thoughtful recommendations for improvement
Pitch in as necessary to achieve great results
Assist director of account management in project-based work across the organization

Wholesale customer success through high product quality, minimal waste and fast throughput
Well-managed customers and long lasting partnerships

Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficient knowledge in preparing filter and espresso coffee beverages in a specialty coffee environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, both with customers and co-workers
Ability to work with others
Detail oriented

Compensation:
$65k – 70k salary DOE – paid weekly –
2 weeks PTO annually
