Responsibilities:

– Manage schedules and coordinate FOH and BOH staff
– Oversee training of new recruits
– Liaise with suppliers
– Stock management and waste minimisation
– Facilitate effective communication both in-store, between stores and with upper management
– Be a strong team member with a willingness and ability to multitask
– Oversee banking, payroll and generating weekly performance reports
– Possess stellar organizational skills
– Maintain store cleanliness and DOH standards
– Perform friendly and attentive customer service. Take care of our locals!

Qualifications:

– A high level/sense of hospitality and desire to provide great service
– Good communication skills
– Previous management experience
– New York City Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to attain within 1 month from start date.
