Seeking a coffee-intelligent, enthusiastic leader to grow morning sales in our popular Prospect Heights shop.

Your primary duty is to build customer base through happy daily interactions, efficient service, and attractive store presentation.

Located on a somewhat sleepy block in the midst of a dense residential neighborhood, our shop is a perfect home base for someone who loves a small town vibe in the big bad city.  We boast a beautiful back garden area and a light filled space for coffee aficionados and families to enjoy.  In the afternoon and evenings, the shop transforms into an ice cream haven, but in the mornings and early parts of the day, it’s coffee, and we are seeking a team member who can really plug in and enhance the vibe.

Salary commensurate with experience.  Most important is that you think like an owner and love plugging in and connecting with people.
