Seven Grams Caffe – a fast paced premium coffee shop in Chelsea, serving Italian-style coffee and in-house, hand-made baked goods
is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead our team.

What are we looking for?

A strong passion for premium coffee, fresh-out-of-the-oven baked goods, and providing customers with a memorable experience.

At least two year experience in a similar role in fast-paced specialty coffee environment, and proven track record in leading teams to outstanding performances.

Phenomenal communication abilities, particularly the ability to lead in a fun and effective manner, and the ability to both give and receive constructive feedbacks.

An inspiring leader, who energizes, motivates others, and who is always looking for ways to make things around them better.

NY food handler’s certificate and availability to work on weekends is a must.
