Job Description

Manages 15 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 15 employees. Is responsible for
the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Job Purpose
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers in an establishment or department.
Duties may include management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work,in addition to supervisory duties and 70% working on the floor.
