Mongrel Joe’s, an Australian owned company is looking for Independent sales reps to join our team with the ability to work from home. These dynamic roles are key in growing our customer base through face-to-face selling to commercial, gyms, health, office, lifestyle, food and coffee specialty stores.

This is a highly active, social position, which requires a keen desire to network, and ambassador product. If you have a passion for selling, coffee and staying fit and healthy, this is the place for you!

Job Description

• Strategic sales channel development
• Prospecting and pitching
• Conceptualizing and developing presentations
• Demonstrating product
• In-store staff training
• Conceptualize account plans
• Close deals
• Document and track sales history
• Meet sales quotas
• Store visits and merchandising
• Sales reporting
• Attends trade shows and events

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years general sales experience
• 1 year of coffee experience a plus
• Ability to travel
• Proven success in sales
• Self-motivated and team oriented
• Highly developed written and verbal skills
• Proven project management skills
• Acceptable driving record with valid Driver’s License required

Compensation

• Commission based
