Position Summary

The Barback is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly service area and assisting Baristas when needed. The Barback will be responsible for daily cleaning, restocking, dishwashing, bussing, and interacting with customers

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring bar area is clean and organized

• Bussing tables and maintaining the condiment bar

• Cleaning, including dishwashing

• Ensuring that adequate inventory levels are maintained and the bar and storage areas are well stocked

• Working alongside hotel staff in a harmonious manner

• Other duties as assigned
