Secret Coffee is a relatively new, small coffee shop hidden away on Broadway. We are a multi roaster that focuses on making delicious coffee while highlighting innovative ways to grow/process and brew it!

We are looking for a part time barista for 3 days a week (to start) with pay dependent on experience, paid weekly. The pay is dependent on experience $22-$25 an hour PLUS tips both cash and card. The shifts are one-offs so you would be working alone open to close (an 8 hour shift) with the ability to close the shop for 30 mins for breaks. This role requires autonomy and reliability! Since you will be alone on the days you work, we are relying on you to keep the shop clean, serve great coffee consistently and provide our customers with intentional service.The perfect candidate has the skills to dial in, follow instructions, take criticism, do a bit of latte art and of course, make decisions on the fly.

While the role is small at the moment, as we grow there is potential for full time hours as well as more responsibility if desired. We are a small operation that believes good coffee comes in all different forms and would love someone who is equally passionate about our mission!
