Job Description

Salary: $18-$22/hr
Hours per week: 16-25
Duties:
– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
– Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register system
– Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
– Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
– Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer

Qualifications:
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Previous experience in the food industry preferred
– Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
– Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
