La Colombe Coffee Roasters seeking experienced barista for our Wall st location.

Flexible schedule: weekdays, weekends, open and closing shifts
Understanding the importance of Hospitality, TEAM WORK and RESPECT is REQUIRED.
Minimum two years coffee experience in New York specialty coffee market
Must be team player, open to learning, motivated to learn and adapt good practices
Consistently demonstrate highest standards of coffee preparations, latte art proficient
Able to professionally multi-task barista skills
Drink preparation performed in timely manner, keeping work area clean while providing friendly, professional customer service
NYC foodhandler’s card, must be willing to take online course and remote test to obtain
Our bar uses 3-group GB5 la marzocco and Simonelli Mythos grinders, Fetco brew for Drip, Nitro Draft latte and Cold brew on tap
Hourly wage starting at $20/hr plus tips
Medical, Dental, Vision insurance with 24hr/week , PTO hrs for all employees , $65/yr work shoe expense
Pre-tax Commuter benefit offered to all employees
