We are a boutique French Riviera-inspired modern organic coffee and tea bar that also provides a highly curated selection of cocktails made from organic coffee, tea and house made syrup.
Our mission is to bring a new coffee and tea experience that promotes organic and low-carb options without compromising taste. We are curating a distinguished and innovative cocktail menu that will attract customers from different backgrounds and cultures and satisfy the NY thriving coffee culture by combining Japanese elegance with a certain French je-ne-sais-quoi.
We are in search of a motivated, customer oriented part-time baristas with great interpersonal skills and passion for coffee and tea. Previous experience as a barista preferred.

Essential
– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
– Take orders and provide genuine care to each guest through warm customer service
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, including but not limited to restocking supplies
– Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment
– Understand coffee product rotation, ordering, and inventory management
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
– Uphold quality and presentation standards in a timely manner
– Have a positive attitude towards customers, co-workers, etc
– Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills
– Proficiency in using Square POS system for order processing and payment handling
– Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and ability to create latte art
– Available to work early mornings
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– A team player with positive attitude, able to work cohesively with co-workers to provide guests with exceptional service
– Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper procedures
– A punctual, consistent, reliable team member who is always on time for shifts
