Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced barista to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in crafting delicious espresso-based beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the success of our upcoming cafe. If you’re passionate about coffee and possess the skills and expertise to excel in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience calibrating espresso
• Excellent milk steaming skills
• Hospitality focused
• Passion for tasting coffee
• Comfortable working in a tight space
• Detail oriented
• Maintains a clean working environment
• Knowledgeable on the seed to cup journey, origins, varieties, and processes
