KAFENEO is Hiring Skilled Baristas

This is an exciting opportunity to join an Espresso Bar in the Upper East Side.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a espresso/coffee shop
Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service, Have a friendly and positive attitude, must be approachable, hospitality driven
Coffee Knowledge, able to easily and confidently speak about coffee drinks, suggestive selling.
Thrive in fast paced environment, multi task, ability to work as team and independently and follow company procedures
Ability to create a customer base, regulars, neighborhood & welcome minded.
Dial in grinders, make drinks consistently, latte art experience
Assist in sidework, keeping store and equipment clean, organized and properly stocked
Store leader candidate must have leadership experience in training team members, inventory management, and daily operations of running shop
NYC Food Handlers card
Must have flexibility to work early mornings to early evenings and weekends
Baristas Starting $19 /hour + tips
