Job Requirements:

Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about Guatemalan coffee beans, blends, and regions.
Previous experience working in a busy environment with strong multitasking skills.
Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to creating a warm and inclusive environment for both team members and customers.
Food Handler’s License.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including mastering latte art (training provided).
Familiarize yourself with the café’s recipes and ingredients to provide informed menu explanations to customers.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and storage of equipment and tools.
Efficiently multitask to handle customer orders during busy periods.
Work 8-10 hour shifts on weekdays and weekends as needed.
