Job Overview: Coffee for Sasquatch is a small, Los Angeles based coffee shop that celebrates individuality. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating delicious drinks, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
-Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
-Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
-Handle cash transactions and operate the Square POS system
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders
-Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:
-Specialty coffee experience
-Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing beverages
-Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, plus tips
