Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso and coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
Open to learning new techniques and methods.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with care and attention to cleanliness.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Be able to speak to customers about Aldo’s, the different coffees we roast, and our subscription service.
Ability to multitask and flexibility to switch between working the register and making drinks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smoothly running and efficient coffee shop environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista.
Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve your barista skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, but not required.

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is also preferred.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (plus tips)
