Job Description

Opening and closing stations depending on the assigned shift, ensuring the barista station is clean and ready for operation.

Preparing items and restocking inventory before opening, including setting up the espresso machine, organizing pastries, and preparing milk jugs and syrups.

Mastering coffee preparation, including espresso shots, pour-overs, and creating latte art to a high standard.

Calibrating and adjusting coffee grinders throughout the day to ensure consistent quality in coffee extraction.

Managing the preparation of specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages while maintaining speed and accuracy during busy periods.

Engaging with customers to provide a welcoming experience, answering questions about coffee options and recommendations.

Keeping the workspace clean and organized, including cleaning machines and equipment after each use.

Monitoring inventory levels and communicating with management to restock or order supplies as needed.

Assisting with other tasks such as handling cash transactions, coordinating with team members, and maintaining general store cleanliness.
