Job Description

1. Prepare High-Quality Beverages
• Craft a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain consistency in flavor and presentation, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
2. Customer Engagement
• Welcome each guest warmly, building relationships and fostering a sense of community.
• Offer recommendations and provide information on different coffee roasts, drink types, and flavor profiles.
3. Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace
• Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas are kept clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing throughout the day.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed.
4. Support Coffee Shop Atmosphere
• Contribute to a friendly, lively atmosphere that aligns with the coffee shop’s aesthetic and welcoming vibe.
• Encourage sustainability by promoting in-house mugs and minimizing waste.
