Position: Part-Time Barista

Join our team at Cafe Ambrosia New York as a Part-Time Barista! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about coffee and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Need to:
* Be able listen and follow Owner’s instructions to a T.
* Know how to make latte art.
* Be clean, and able to clean properly at closing.
* Be on time.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
– Provide excellent customer service and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
– Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
– Assist in inventory management and stock supplies when necessary.

Qualifications:

– 2 plus years experience as a barista.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
– Basic knowledge of café equipment maintenance.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
– Willingness to learn and develop coffee brewing skills.
– Willingness to always learn, grow and improve.
