Inerro, a brand-new café opening in the heart of Times Square, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for crafting the perfect cup of coffee, we want to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time Barista
Location: Times Square, NYC
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour + Tips

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all health and safety standards are followed.
Assist with inventory and stock management as needed.
Engage with customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:

Prior barista experience is a must.
Food Handlers Permit (Must be willing to obtain one).
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to start work as early as 6:30 AM.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Passion for coffee and creating great customer experiences.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy objects up to 40 lbs.
