Now Hiring: Full-Time & Part-Time Experienced Baristas

(Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue & Chrysler Building)

We’re looking for skilled specialty coffee baristas who want to craft exceptional coffee, push their technical skills, and be part of a growing coffee culture in New York.

At WatchHouse, our baristas are more than just coffee makers — they are craft professionals, educators, and ambassadors of Modern Coffee.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, premium café environment where precision, consistency, and hospitality matter.

The Role

As a Barista at WatchHouse, you will deliver the Modern Coffee experience through exceptional coffee craft and genuine hospitality.

You’ll work with high-quality coffee, advanced equipment, and a team that takes coffee seriously, while building real connections with guests who care about what they drink.

What You’ll Do

• Dial in and prepare exceptional espresso and filter coffee to WatchHouse standards
• Maintain precise recipe control and extraction consistency
• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with every guest interaction
• Guide customers through our coffee menu and brewing methods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing coffee station
• Work closely with the team to deliver smooth, high-volume service
• Support training and knowledge-sharing across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in specialty coffee brands
• Strong technical barista skills including dialing in espresso and milk texturing
• Passion for coffee craft and continuous improvement
