Radiant Cafe & Wine Bar is a neighborhood café in the West Village built around genuine connection, community, and hospitality. Inspired by the European style of café culture and service, we’ve created a space where people slow down, connect, and feel at home.

We are a laptop-free and tablet-free café. While we don’t follow social media trends or chase online popularity, we’ve built one of the strongest and most loyal communities in the neighborhood, filled with people who value real conversation, warmth, and human connection.
At Radiant, quality is at the center of everything we do. From our carefully sourced coffee and matcha drinks to latte art, service, atmosphere, and hospitality, every detail matters. We work with exceptional espresso equipment and grinders to deliver consistently high-quality beverages. In addition to coffee, we offer a thoughtfully curated European wine selection that supports small, family-owned vineyards across Europe.

We are currently looking for a skilled Barista to join our team part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with strong potential to grow into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, creates beautiful latte art, and genuinely enjoys being part of a neighborhood community.

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Latte art skills are essential
– Strong multitasking ability
– Weekend availability is required
– Interest or experience in wine service is a plus
– Fast and efficient service
– Energetic and positive work ethic
– Friendly, warm, and welcoming attitude
– Strong communication skills
– Team-oriented mindset

Shift Details:
– 7-hour shifts
– Part-time with potential for full-time growth

Compensation:
– $15–18/hour based on experience
– Additional tips averaging approximately $15–19/hour
Requirements:
– Ability to stand and work on your feet for 7 hours
– Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
