ENLY is a woman-owned, community-driven specialty coffee shop known for quality, intention, and a whole lot of heart. We’re looking for a full-time Barista to join our team—someone who’s passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with us. Hourly: trial $18 + tips, after trial $20 + tips

What we’re looking for:
✨ Minimum 2 years experience in specialty coffee
✨ Valid New York food handlers license
✨ Confident latte art skills and consistent milk steaming
✨ Strong understanding of dialing in espresso and recipe accuracy
✨ Ability to move quickly and stay focused under pressure
✨ A proactive problem solver with great communication skills
✨ Someone who truly loves coffee and respects the craft

Your role:
☕ Craft beautiful, consistent drinks with care and speed
🤝 Welcome every guest with warmth and energy
🧠 Troubleshoot and think on your feet during busy moments
📈 Uphold our standards and contribute to a strong, supportive team dynamic

Bonus if you:

Have experience with mocktail-style drinks
Have worked in a small independent coffee shop in the past
Take pride in creating memorable customer experiences
This is a 30–40 hour/week position with opportunities for growth. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to our space.
