Noa is looking for experienced baristas for immediate hire at our location on Park Ave and 32nd st and West village.
Food handlers is a requirement. We are looking for people who want grow with the company into leadership positions.

Noa is all about a creating chill and hospitable environment for our customers and team. Our baristas have a positive can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, structured and quality driven working habits, and a desire to work, have fun, and grow with our team.

Responsibilities/task:

• • Make specialty coffees and matchas along with regular coffees.
  • Help serve food and keep tables clean.
  • Carry out a healthy and fun work environment.
  • Lead by example in customer service and conduct.
  • Meet NYC DOH standards at all times.
  • Keep customer-facing areas clean and presentable.
  • Strong desire to continue learning about coffee.

Qualifications/skills:

• • • Experience as a Barista; latte art, knowledge about coffee & building connect with hotel & hotel team members.
    • Have experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment without sacrificing great service. You do well and enjoy when the pressure is on.
    • Flexible Schedule, weekends and last minute shift coverage, and special events if needed.
    • Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods and origins.
    • Great customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude.
    • Able to work quickly and handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Punctuality and professionalism
    • NYC Food Handlers Permit or willing to obtain one

Compensation:

$17-19 an hour + tips
