About the Role

We’re looking for Baristas who can pull a beautiful shot, steam silky milk, keep the line moving, and make people smile—every time. This role blends craft, speed, and a little chutzpah. You’ll be one part beverage wizard, one part host, and 100% Fishs Eddy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience
• Greet every guest like they just walked into your living room—warm, witty, and helpful.
• Keep “Make People Smile” as the north star; deliver first-try drinks and fast fixes if we miss.
• Share product knowledge (beans, brew methods, specials) without being a coffee snob.

Bar Craft & Quality
• Dial-in espresso, maintain recipes/specs, and execute consistent beverages (hot/cold).
• Manage milk texture and proper extraction.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance routines (group heads, wands, grinders, brewers) to DOH standards.

Operations
• Keep the bar stocked and tidy; restock milk, ice, cups, lids, and syrups without being asked.
• Master POS flows, modify orders correctly, and handle cash with accuracy.
• Support inventory counts, waste logs, and closing checklists.

What You Bring

• 2+ year barista or fast-paced café experience (or equivalent hustle).
• Calm under pressure; you move fast without getting sloppy.
• Strong communication and a friendly, brand-right voice.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work early/late shifts.
• Weekend/holiday availability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $[18]–$[22]/hour + pooled tips (FT or PT available)
• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
• Benefits (for eligible employees via PEO): Full Time employees ONLY (limited FT positions)
