Millie’s Provisions is a new café, marketplace, and community space dedicated to good food, good service, and good vibes. We will be serving fresh and seasonal prepared foods, quality coffee, daily baked goods, gourmet sandwiches, and salads, and our marketplace will house quality pantry ingredients, home goods, and stock items for cooking, gathering, and living.

We are seeking full time, experienced Front of House Manager with Barista experience for our Larchmont, New York location. As a Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the marketplace and cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
–Provide friendly, accommodating service to all guests.
-Dial in espresso and other brew methods to meet and maintain quality standards
-Maintain work area and equipment to a high degree of cleanliness
-Supervise and lead front-of-house staff, including baristas, cashiers, bussers.
-Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
-Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
-Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the front-of-house area
-Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house to ensure seamless communication and service
-Assist in training and onboarding new front-of-house staff
-Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for guests

Requirements and Skills:
-Experience in a front-of-house management role in the hospitality industry
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service best practices, and Toast point-of-sale systems
-Ability to handle customer issues with diplomacy and resolution
-Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-High level of integrity and professionalism
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
