This is a part-time position with room to grow to full-time. We are currently seeking an experienced barista to join our team on weekends (Friday–Sunday).

Compensation: $18 per hour, plus tips

FifthSip is a modern Vietnamese Coffee shop that commits to serving specialty coffee, warm hospitality, and a great cafe experience. We proudly serve Single-Origin Robusta & Arabica coffee from Vietnam. We also serve matchas and teas.

What You’ll Do:
– Daily Coffee & Tea Operations – with consistency, attention to details & care
– ⁠Maintain quality standards throughout the store
– ⁠Ensure bar, store, & kitchen is clean, organized
– ⁠Collaborate with the team on new drinks if applicable
– ⁠Engage with guests & foster a warm welcoming environment
– work the POS system & cash transactions
– ⁠Opening & Closing Duties: cleaning store, cleaning bar, equipment cleaning & restocking

Requirements:
• experienced barista (1+ year minimum) strong in espresso & coffee drip skills
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is required
