Responsibilities
– Make espresso drinks and other beverages with consistency
– Dial in espresso and manage bar during busy shifts
– Provide friendly, attentive service and build relationships with regulars
– Keep the bar and workspace clean and organized
– Work as part of a team and help maintain a smooth flow
– Handle POS and basic cash transactions
– Assist with opening and closing

Requirements
– 3+ years of barista experience
– Strong espresso and milk texturing skills
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
– Friendly, personable, and reliable
– Good communication and teamwork
