Sweet Fire Café & Studio is a vegan café, bakery, and event space located at 338 Broadway in Brooklyn. We’re rooted in quality — all-organic ingredients, seasonal flavors, and a welcoming community atmosphere. We’re looking for a skilled barista who takes pride in their craft and connects genuinely with guests.

What you’ll do

• Prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty plant-based beverages to order
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow food safety standards
• Support the team during café and event operations
• Stay curious — we love baristas who want to learn and contribute ideas

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of barista or café experience preferred
• Confident with espresso equipment and milk steaming techniques
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Passion for or openness to plant-based food and sustainability
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
