Barista – Milk & Pull
Milk & Pull is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences.

Position Details
Part-Time: 3–4 days per week
Pay: $16/hour plus tips
Average Earnings: $23-$25/hour including tips
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and other menu items.
Dial in espresso daily and maintain consistency in beverage quality throughout each shift.
Demonstrate strong milk steaming techniques and latte art skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Uphold Milk & Pull’s standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience required.
Strong understanding of espresso extraction, dialing in grinders, recipe consistency, and coffee fundamentals.
Ability to consistently produce latte art.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced café environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
