Panther Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster, retailer, and wholesaler, we are partnering with OCafe to offer guests a high quality beverage program to accompany their delicious local offerings.

This position allows individuals to learn our company culture, bar flow, organization, and specialty coffee knowledge. We welcome experienced Barista candidates with an open mind to embrace our company culture.

Teamwork is at the heart of what we do. You must love coffee, have good communication skills, and be willing to learn. You will be expected to move quickly, with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and grace. Love for customer service and a willingness to keep a clean work environment are also necessary.
