About the Role

Jazzcultural is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Barista / Café & Bar Associate to join our team. This position combines specialty coffee service with bar support in a live music environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests and can work comfortably across both café and bar service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and café offerings
Deliver warm, efficient customer service
Handle POS transactions and cash management
Support bar operations including preparing and serving beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages (as applicable)
Assist with opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service areas
Restock supplies and support inventory needs
Help deliver smooth service during performances and events
Follow food safety and beverage service standards

Qualifications
Previous barista experience preferred
Bartending experience is a big plus and highly preferred
Comfortable working in both café and bar environments
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate supplies
