Job Description

We are a small, espresso focused coffee shop on E27th St in Manhattan. We are very much a local neighborhood shop with a solid base of awesome regulars who recognize the service and quality coffee that we provide. We are looking for friendly and experienced baristas to join our team on a part-time basis, 1-3 weekday shifts per week. Weekend shifts are rare and always optional. Baristas must be comfortable working solo for at least part of their shift. Previous experience in specialty coffee is a must, as is a NYC Food Handlers Permit. We start everyone at $18 for the trial month moving up to $19-20/hr as employees demonstrate their skills, aptitude, and reliability. Tips are in addition to hourly pay, and the owners do not share in the tips (as per Federal law). We look forward to hearing from you!
