St Jardim is seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years barista experience
• Expert knowledge of espresso, brewing methods and coffee origins
• Strong training, mentoring abilities and flexibility
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Love for speciality coffee and people 🙂
• Weekdays and weekend availability (3-4 shifts)
• Ability to maintain high quality standards during busy periods
• NYC Food Handlers card
