Caffè Aronne is looking for experienced, energetic, and personable baristas to join our growing New York City team.

We are an all-organic, woman-grown coffee company committed to exceptional coffee, hospitality, and community. Our beans are sourced from Indigenous women-owned farms and plantations and roasted locally in the Hudson Valley.

Caffè Aronne is a kosher-certified Israeli café offering specialty coffee, house-made pastries, toasts, and other café fare. We encourage our team members to be creative, explore new flavors, contribute menu ideas, and play an active role in the continued growth of the brand.

While barista experience is strongly preferred, personality matters just as much to us. We are looking for people who are genuinely excited about coffee and hospitality, enjoy interacting with customers, and bring positive energy to the café every day.

Responsibilities include preparing espresso and specialty beverages to our standards, providing warm and attentive customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with food and pastry service, and working collaboratively with the rest of the café team.

**Compensation:** Starting at $16/hour + tips, with room for growth.

A New York Food Protection Certificate is a plus and may qualify you for additional compensation.
