Flexible Part-Time Barista

We’re looking for a flexible part-time barista to join our team, with the opportunity to build up hours over time and move into a permanent schedule.

There are days when we need an extra barista on the floor, as well as opportunities to cover holidays and vacations, so schedule flexibility is important.

Pay: $21 per hour (plus tips)

We’re looking for someone who is:

A professional barista with a genuine passion for coffee

Knowledgeable with the ability to create delicious espresso beverages

Warm, friendly, and great with our regulars

Happy helping with food prep and grilling sandwiches

Comfortable assisting with retail sales

Willing to jump in wherever needed, from making drinks to cleaning and keeping the café looking its best

Above all, we’re after an all-rounder who brings positive energy and helps build a fun, hardworking, and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. Weekend availability is essential.
