**The Role**

– Expected Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7:45am–4:00pm
– Pay: $25/hr

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and hospitality-focused Barista to run Brewani’s café at our client’s office. The day centers on consistent bar operations, guest experience, and keeping the space clean and well-stocked.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Coffee & Guest Experience*
– Prepare espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other menu items to Brewani’s recipes and quality standards
– Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to employees and guests
– Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service
– Keep the café organized and welcoming throughout service

*Café Operations*
– Open the café each morning: dial in espresso, setup pastries, prepare cold foam, etc.
– Operate the POS system
– Monitor inventory throughout the shift and replenish as needed
– Maintain an organized backstock area and flag inventory needs before items run out
– Complete closing procedures (clean and sanitize the espresso machine, steam wands, grinders, pitchers, tools, counters, sinks, and service areas)
– Receive and organize coffee, milk, supply, and other deliveries when required
– Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
– Check expiration dates and product quality
– Report low inventory, equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or product problems to management promptly

**Requirements**

– Hospitality, customer service, and barista experience
– Ability to arrive on time at the client’s office each day
– Standing and walking for extended periods
– Frequently bending, reaching, and moving around the café/bar area
– Performing repetitive tasks associated with beverage preparation, cleaning, and stocking
