Brooklyn Roasting Company is looking to immediately hire top quality, coffee loving baristas to join our fast growing company. Both full time and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and an ability or willingness to master the art of making great coffee and espresso. Candidates with a creative, positive personality, supportive mentality, strong work ethic who can take direction well will undoubtedly succeed in this role.

Applicants must also be committed to set schedule with room for flexibility.

Previous experience with specialty coffee is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude! We are serious about coffee and want people who are serious about working with coffee. Quality applicants will demonstrate an interest in moving into more involved, specific roles in the company in order to contribute our growth.
