Sullivan Street Bakery is seeking talented, enthusiastic, hospitality driven baristas to join our team at both our Chelsea and Hell’s Kitchen Locations. Sullivan Street bakery has been baking some of NYC’s best bread for the past 20 years and strives to compliment that with exceptional coffee and service. We are constantly improving and evolving in order to exceed our guest’s expectations and provide a truly outstanding cup of coffee.

Candidates must have hands on barista experience and more importantly a sincere love for coffee as well as a positive attitude towards customer service. We are neighborhood establishments who want to provide the specialty coffee experience without the pretention, our goal is to engage and educate our guests. We are working with some very exciting equipment a Strada MP in Chelsea and a Strada EP in Hell’s Kitchen, so experience working on a paddle machine is a plus. We have wonderful coffee partners at George Howell Coffee who offer continuing training and education to all of our baristas. In addition to preparing brewed and espresso based beverages you would be interacting with guests, serving pastries and food items and maintaining a clean and well stocked work space.
