Simon Sips, conveniently located in midtown(B,D,F,M,1,2,3,7,N,R) is looking for a quality and experienced barista to join our team. We use Stumptown Coffee out of Red Hook. Afternoon hours (Mon-Fri.), 25-30 hrs/week. Subsidized health insurance offered. We have been included in The New Your Times app “The Scoop” as one of the best coffee bars in NYC. Pay is $12 – 13/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills:

Pull correct shots using the correct dry/wet mass

Able to create microfoam

Latte art skills

Needs to a be mutli-tasker

New York Food Handlers Certificate preferred

Positive attitude

Responsible
