Duties responsible for:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house including all counters and work surfaces
• Assist in other areas of the operation as needed.
• Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of coffee and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffees, flavors, and preparations
• Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparations such as: espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, and pour over brew methods.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee supplies
• Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; notifying supervisor of needed repairs
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Enhances job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

• Customer service skills are imperative.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.
• Knowledge of manual espresso machines and brew methods
• Maintains RA Hospitality Standards.
