Parlor Coffee is hiring for a full-time barista position at our Persons of Interest Williamsburg outpost. We are seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service and create an extraordinary coffee experience. This position requires a minimum commitment to three shifts a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Host all customers by providing warm hospitality and prompt service.
• Educate customers on our product and our company.
• Uphold high standards for coffee preparation.
• Strive to ensure that each guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
• Cup coffees regularly at our roastery to maintain familiarity with the offerings menu.
• Attend company meetings on occasion as requested.

Requirements:

• A displayed passion for working with coffee.
• The ability to continuously provide professional and personal customer service.
• Dependability and a willingness to work hard.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• The ability to lift 30 pounds and to stand on one’s feet for several hours at a time.

This is an hourly position. Pay is commensurate with experience. Tips are earned daily.
