Soho House is a collection of private members’ clubs, restaurants, cinemas, spas and hotels spanning the UK, Europe and North America.

Big changes are happening at Soho House & Co with the Coffee Development Programme seeking to radically transform the coffee offering across all sites to be in line with the speciality industry.

We are currently looking for talented Baristas to join our growing team across several sites including a couple of rare opportunities in New York. The roles require passionate individuals who are willing to be challenged with the task of producing specialty standard coffee in a restaurant environment.

Working on a La Marzocco PB with Simonelli Mythos One grinders.

At present we are looking for the following full time Baristas as well as Head baristas.
Successful candidates will possess:
•At least one year experience in an independent coffee shop/working with specialty coffee.
•Excellent understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and basic coffee equipment maintenance.
•Ability to maintain the highest coffee and customer service standards.
•Ability to instruct and teach all bar staff with enthusiasm and passion.
•A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and an outgoing and cheerful demeanor.

Only those baristas eligible to work in the US or have a valid US work permit/visa will be considered for the positions available. Due to the high volume of applicants only those that are successful getting through to first round interviews will be contacted.
