Full-Time Barista

Job Description

Grade is a coffee bar that serves Tandem Coffee Roasters. We always have two contrasting single origin coffees that we feature on espresso and drip (La Marzocco Strada & Fetco).

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and continuing their education. Equally as important: must love people! Warm hospitality towards our regulars, as well as new faces, is vital.

We are looking for someone to fill 3-4 shifts. Shifts are worked solo and vary from 6-10 hours. Must be self-motivated with a sense of ownership and pride.

Requirements:
– **Must have NY Food handler certificate/card**
– weekend availability
– 1 year barista experience
