The coffee industry has been a pioneer in understanding that it will thrive if all stakeholders benefit. Substantial efforts have been made to address sustainable sourcing and farming. However, one critical element of the value chain often neglected, is the minimum wage Artisan we call the Barista.

Our focus is to empower Barista entrepreneurship and ownership in the specialty coffee industry. We are a Purpose Driven start-up using entrepreneurship as a force for good with a commitment to deliver shared benefits across the triple bottom line: People, Planet and Profit – with a particular emphasis on People. We are a Monday to Friday operation,  offer the highest base salaries in the industry and have a profit share arrangement with a clearly defined pathway to ownership. Best if you have at least 6 months experience with a bias towards espresso based drinks and able to lay down some decent latte art.
