We focus on high quality local ingredients, warm customer service and close vendor relationships.

We are looking for experienced professional baristas that care about the customer and their experience by making an excellent cup of coffee. We want individuals interested in learning more about coffee and the way we make it.

Our entry-level position is Barback, which allows individuals to learn our company culture, bar flow, organization, and beginning specialty coffee knowledge. It is intended to be an entry-level position, shortly followed by continuing coffee education to becoming a barista.

Barbacks are the foundation of an efficient bar. Barbacks work along the baristas; requiring frequent communication. Barbacks are expected to move quickly, with a sense of urgency, efficiency and grace. Barbacks should be proficient in prioritizing keeping the front of house clean, maintaining the sugar station, sustaining a supply of clean dishes, upholding general store tidiness and organization, amongst other responsibilities.

Obviously you have to love coffee and personal interaction. Experience in specialty coffee or a fast-paced hospitality setting is a must. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
