• FULL TIME WORKERS NEEDED

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS PER WEEK
• MUST HAVE FULL OPEN AVAILABILITY
• WEEKEND WORK – A MUST
• START TIME FOR SHIFTS ARE 5AM
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Experienced barista needed. MUST have prior experience of 2 years on working with espresso machine. Food protection certificate a plus (will be required to be certified within 3 months of employment if not certified).

Great customer service skills and friendly outgoing personality also a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
Engages and greets each guests with a warm passion for accurately and promptly meeting their needs
Promotes our products by making effective suggestions, in order to meet sales targets and to enhance customer service
Always cheerfully thanking the customer after each visit is a must
Prepares food and drink to company standards
Follows food safety guidelines for all products
Stocking, rotating and merchandising at all times
Performs cleaning operations as directed by store policy
Follows procedures for operational flow of work, reports workflow problems to Supervisor
Follows cash handling procedures and policies
Puts every aspect of job training and learning into practice
Meeting all company performance standards

Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US
Pastry experience preferred but not necessary
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Ability to continuously stand or walk
Ability to climb stairs

Pay rate: $9.50 per hour / $14.25 per hour overtime rate / plus tips
